I hope the Democrats of Calvert  want to exchange ideas with Republicans like me who believe there are concrete, practical ways we can work together to promote the well-being and prosperity of our own county, but also around our state, our nation, and the world.

I believe we have a moral obligation to encourage more and more citizens to participate in the political process.

I believe we must carefully guard against inflamatory and derogatory rhetoric.

And I am genuinely excited about the future prospects for positive political dialog on sites like this.
