Looks good.
Make sure your proposal to the CCDCC is complete.
Add "pasword" to the "Confirm" line in the application for login account.
Get the calendar up-to-date and have a mechanism for keeping it that way.

I believe that I have made it as complete as possible.

Ok on the confirm for the password.

As far as the events go, I am going to setup an email address called "events@calvertdemocrats.org" and that will have to go to someone, or we could create a form where someone sends their events in and Chris, Tim, or an event coordinator can approve the event into the calendar, or both.

Either way, I would like to remove myself as a bottleneck if possible.
