Ordinance No. 40-16: The ordinance adopting provisions related to the appointment, function, removal, and term limits of certain boards, committees, councils, and commissions establishes provisions generally applicable for the uniform operation of appointed boards, committees, councils, and commissions, except where deviation and variance are warranted as set forth.
Appointees to Calvert County boards and commissions are required to comply with Code of Ethics § 41.15.B.2: regarding financial disclosure for any potential conflict of interest within 30 days after appointment.
